Terms and Conditions 100cic – Malaysia Gaming Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you as a user ("Member") and 100cic as the platform operator. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 100cic platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means of access — you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms together with all policies, guidelines, and procedures referenced herein.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the 100cic platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

100cic reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Members will be notified of updates via platform notifications or their registered email.

To register and use the 100cic platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country or territory that prohibits online gambling activities under their local laws.
• Is not currently on any self-exclusion list under a recognised responsible gaming programme.
• Has never had an account terminated by 100cic for fraud, breach of terms, or serious misconduct.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information provided at registration is sufficient grounds for immediate account termination without any refund.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 100cic only. Owning or using multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms. If 100cic detects multiple accounts under the same name, address, device, or payment method, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 100cic will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

• Never share your account password with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Report immediately to customer support if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Account Ownership

100cic accounts are non-transferable. You are prohibited from selling, transferring, or granting access to your account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

All financial transactions on the 100cic platform are subject to the following policies:

Deposit

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated on the platform's deposit page at the time of the transaction.
• 100cic only accepts funds from legitimate payment methods registered under the same member's name.
• Deposits from third parties, credit or debit cards not belonging to the member, or unverifiable sources are prohibited.
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes depending on the payment method selected.

Withdrawal

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (same source of funds policy).
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.

100cic offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, as well as the following general rules:

By using the 100cic platform, you agree to:

• Use of cookies and related tracking technologies to enhance your platform experience.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 100cic shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of participation in games on the platform.

• Failures or delays caused by payment providers or other third-party services.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

100cic provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Your account at 100cic may be terminated in the following circumstances:

Termination by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 100cic customer support team. Prior to closure, any available account balance (subject to fulfilled wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the current policy.

Termination by 100cic

100cic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice if:

• A breach of any section of these Terms has occurred.
• Your account is involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• The KYC process could not be completed within the specified timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• A directive has been issued by the relevant authorities to do so.
